My dog, Abigail Love DeVillez, and I went to see Dr. Schafer after a terrible diagnosis of osteosarcoma.  We were given no hope by other veterinarians.  We were desperate for help and direction on what to do.  I will be forever grateful for the referral we finally received from someone we had never met at the time.  Upon our very first visit, I knew we had found the right place.  Dr. Schafer gave us Hope!  Dr. Schafer helped us develop a holistic treatment plan for Abi that not only gave us the 3 months maximum of quality of life but 11 whole months of wonderful quality of life.  Osteosarcoma is one of the most aggressive cancers in dogs.  Dr. Schafer gave us hope, professional care and the great joy of having so much extra time with my girl, Abi.
